This green satin gown with a mermaid skirt was the first dress I ever bought almost twenty years ago
(along with this dress I bought at the same time). I remember hiding these dresses in the back of my
closet while I was still living at home with my parents. Ahh, good times. I was so happy this gown still
fit so well. My body shape has changed substantially since high school.
This gown is somewhat unflattering to my figure. Guess I should get it tailored to my body but it's
kinda tough still being in the closet. Anyway, that's why I decided to tie a sash around the waist to give
it more of an hourglass look. I decided on a pink sash to add an accent of color to the outfit. Then I
colored my nails and eyeshadow to match the outfit. I worked really hard on putting all of this together
so I hope it turned out well. Hope Project Runway is watching.
